The Alliance Technology Consortium (ATC) is a virtual federation of several small businesses combining their resources to attain greater competitive capabilities and infrastructure through unity than individually. ATC's purpose is to give small businesses with talent, expertise, work ethic and desire, the competencies and capacity to compete for substantial and major contracts in a collaborative manner. Our vision is applying joint effort to develop leading end-to-end solutions for industry and government. ATC is based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and serves customers in the District of Columbia, the State of Maryland, and the State of Virginia.
